OUTREACH 

Matt. 25:32-40

Wheeler Mission:  “Wheeler Mission helps men, women, and children facing homelessness, poverty, and addiction.”

 

• Once a month the men of NLCC serve at Wheeler’s Shelter for men.  520 E. Market St.

 

• Once a month the women of NLCC partner with Wheeler and serve at the Center for Women and Children. 

 

• NLCC yearly support Wheeler’s  “100 Holes for the Homeless” fundraiser for Wheeler Mission 

 

• Seven Pillars Refuge Place Homeless Outreach:  Consistently supports Seven Pillars in taking care on the homeless. 

 

• Midwest foodbank and with the generous support of our Church family provides food assistance to our neighbors in need. 

 

• Habitat for Humanity:  Yearly participates in Greater Indianapolis Habitat for Humanity House build.  In 2018, New Light Members had the opportunity to help build a house for one of our own.  Praise God!! An Amazing journey.
